I worked for Rob about a decade ago and is the best business owner I have ever had the pleasure to work for , his concern for quality is unmatched and is a priority , he is always encouraging his employees to take pride in thier work, rather than rushing through jobs barely code compliant .I believe he truley cares about his employees ,wanting them to be happy, along with knowledgeable, keeping current on continued ed and the electrical code, there for it shows in their work, when his crew finishes a project knowing they completed it to thier best abilities.
