We used this service in 2021 and had to use their faucet or it would not be guaranteed. This is the second time we needed someone to come out and fix the faucet, but the phone is always busy and no response via email. Are they still in business??? Services: Faucet installation, Toilet repair
Excellent!!! After the city contacted me about a possible leak in our main water line I found Big John's. I am completely satisfied with the service we received. The crew who came, Gusto and Spencer, saved us a ton of money. What I thought was going to be a complete line replacement, after crawling under my house, they identified as a much less extensive of a problem. I highly recommend Big John's.
Big John's Plumbing was one of three contractors that quoted on a basement finish project. Their pricing was great, but their service was definitely superior. The Service Manager, Jon, did a great job communicating schedules and lead times. Gustave, the main plumbing foreman, was friendly, professional, and did the work with a high level of quality on the sewer, water, and gas lines. Brian, the main HVAC foreman, was very friendly and did fantastic work on my dryer vent and bathroom exhaust. I'm glad we decided to go with Big John's...no regrets! I'd definitely use them again.
