They do not have the decency to return reasonable phone calls to my wife or myself. I have always been willing to make right when I have done wrong. They installed an expensive HVAC system and will not help us with maintenance. I apologize for whatever I did to offend them, and welcome their feedback as to what I did wrong. I can’t say enough about how awesome Nextgen is. Aaron and Adam have helped me a few times over the years on my older home and a rental property and they are simply awesome to work with. Today we had an issue with our furnace that I couldn’t resolve and Aaron came out quickly and we are up and running again. Thank you guys for always being there. Definitely recommend. 6/5 stars. My wife and I were in the market for a new central air system. We called Next Gen out to our home after having several bids. They came out right on time as scheduled and were very professional and affordable. We are now enjoying a really quiet and comfortable ac system.
