These guys were awesome. I had contacted another place they came out and told me I had to replace my furnace as the heat exchanger was cracked. These guys contacted me back and said that was an A typical line people try to use when they are just trying to sell you a new furnace. this turned out to be the case as my regular guy finally called back and showed up. My wife and I were in the market for a new central air system. We called Next Gen out to our home after having several bids. They came out right on time as scheduled and were very professional and affordable. We are now enjoying a really quiet and comfortable ac system. Had them replace two old (1974) gas furnaces in my basement with new high efficiency units. This involved removal of the old furnaces, and the rather complicated installation of the new units. The new required direct outside intake and discharge, and water draining. They did a GREAT job, completing all in one day, with this work, and I have been completely satisfied!
