Columbia Basin did an excellent job. When my roof needed to be replaced due to storm I called them and they were out the same day. They were able to work with me on the cost and came in on budget. After I agreed to have them do the work they were done within a week. They were able to do my whole house within a day. They cleaned up around my house as well. I didn't find a single nail from the project in my yard. They did an excellent job

DO NOT sign their contract! They want to charge you $1k just to cancel. I worked with Kaipo who required a signed contract. They tried to milk our insurance company for more money. They were silent for months at a time. Would not return calls or emails. He LIED and said the work was not warrantied unless they did the whole roof. (Their contract said otherwise.) Finally, after 6 months, gave me a quote on the whole roof (insurance would only pay half). The quote was too high and I wanted to cancel but they got very RUDE. Finally asked to speak with his manager. Received an email the next day saying they WOULD NOT HONOR their part of the contract to do the work the insurance company approved. Wasted 9 months with CBX. They don't even deserve one star.
