Jason and Brady do an excellent job of locating the root of the problem and explaining issues in a way that's easy to understand. Copper Peaks far exceeded all of my expectations. After purchasing a house and realizing it needed far more plumbing work than I had realized, I went on a hunt for a plumber and ended up getting quite a few different estimates. Copper Peaks was fairly priced and I felt they did the best job of listening to my concerns compared to the other estimates I received. I would definitely reach out to them again for more plumbing needs.

I'm not one to write reviews (despite using them religiously). Copper Peaks was amazing, though. I had quotes from four plumbers and hired Copper Peaks because 1. their bid was quite competitive, and 2. I felt like I could trust them. I like to research and (typically) do things myself. I hate feeling like I could be hosed because of a lack of knowledge. Brady and Jason spent a long time with me during the initial estimate, going over all options and answering every detailed question I could think of (there were a lot). Jeremy and Higinio did the installation, and they were both awesome. Jeremy was super thorough, patient with all my inconsequential requests, and super pleasant to be around. Brady and Jason were in and out checking on things as well. They 100% will be my go-to company. Really nice to have found plumbers I know I can call every time, and don't have to re-do all that company research again. Selfishly, I don't want them to get any busier.
