This was completely an A+ experience from start to finish. James came out to do an estimate for a first time water softener install. I've always wanted a water softener and in just one day I can definitely feel and see the difference! I love it! The install took a few hours along with his drywall guy..Im impressed with the system and the instruction I received. I basically just add salt. The drywall was patched to perfection and I will definitely call James first if I ever have need for any plumbing issues in the future.

My water heater started leaking, and I found James online. He was very responsive to all of my texts and questions. I had one other plumber that quoted me for a slightly lesser price and James matched it while providing superior service. He was very transparent and knowledgeable. He changed our configuration to be more efficient and fixed a few things that he discovered free of charge. I would definitely recommend him for future plumbing needs.
