I am very glad I did a Google Search for water heater replacements in Salt Lake and read all of the other great reviews from other clients that have use Half Price Water Heaters. James and Half Price Water Heaters were fantastic and I will definitely use him again in the future! Before finding James, another company came out and said the water heater was completely broken and the whole thing needed to be replaced for $2500. After contacting James and describing the situation, he was confident that the water heater didn't need to be replaced and only needed a small repair. James was prompt, professional, and kept great communication (I live in Ohio so I couldn't meet him in person but he was great with communicating what was going on with me as the house owner as well as with my tenants). At the end of the day, contacting Half Price Water Heaters saved me $2400!
I would recommend James and Half Price Water Heaters to anybody. He gave me some free advice over the phone 2 years ago that bought me some extra life from my heater. When it was finally time to replace the unit last month, James arrived right on time, was very skilled and professional, and was quite literally half the price of most other quotes. James just left my house after installing a new water heater. He was professional and super nice. It took him less than 2 hours to get it done. My washer was in the way, he moved it out of the way and noticed it needed new hose. He ran to Lowe’s and got a new set and replaced it at no cost, just for the materials. After he was done, he explained everything he did and what we needed to look out for. I will only use Half Price from here on out and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace their water heater. He was the third person I called for a quote and he had no hidden fees from the beginning. Other companies were literally charging double or triple what James charged us. Thank you again!
