We've been having low water pressure for some time now but it got to the point I couldn't tolerate it anymore. Dean made time to come out the day we called. I thought he was just going to look at the problem & make an appointment to come back but he got the problem taken care of in about an hour. The repair costed a lot less than I had expected - and we have hot water pressure again!! Thanks, Dean! We sure appreciate you!!!

Dean knew exactly what the fixtures were, the problems that came along with the type of fixtures I had, and even though they were ancient parts that needed to be replaced, he was able to get them. My boyfriend had been messing around with it for weeks and it continued to leak for quite sometime, but when Dean came in he knew automatically to look for the pressure washers that always come off inside behind the valve. Sure enough there was two of them. Experience matters! Friendly and knowledgeable, I will be using them again!

we had to re-route our gas line for our new Kitchen - Dean came out with short notice and provided 5 star service.
