We used Lucas for a repair on a customer's cold plunge tank. He did an excellent job especially considering he had never worked on one of our units before. He took direction well and went above and beyond to make sure our customer was extremely happy and satisfied. I would definitely use Lucas's services again!! The only complaint I have is that I wish I found Lucas sooner! It’s easy to find workers, but it’s never easy to find the perfect worker. Lucas was a great example of this. I was in a bad spot from some bad subs that left me needing to make repairs on an out of state job. I recommend and respect Lucas because there was never a time when he wasn’t honest or forthcoming with me (not even my go to subs are this way). He told me he could not make a repair to existing base that was installed. Even though this is not what I wanted to hear, he didn’t stunt me or try to oversell himself. Turns out days later I had to install wood base, which was not the case earlier, so I thought, “Lucas seemed honest and humble” so I called him back and asked him if wood base is something he could install. He was Johnny on the spot to come look at the job to verify he could do the work. Needless to say, Lucas was the only reason I could get out of this tight pinch and if it wasn’t for him and his can do attit

Lucas was awesome, he came into my ski shop this afternoon, noticed our front door was sticking due to a busted hinge we hadn't had a chance or the knowledge to fix yet and offered to fix it on the spot.
