Ace has been amazing to work with. Kim has been very understanding and kind. Ben came over to help get our dishwasher anchored and he was very personable and knowledgeable. He was very prompt in completing the job and I'm so thankful for him and being able to help us. The dishwasher has been stressing me out and was able to send someone out within a couple days and get it fixed for me. I am very grateful for Ace, Kim and Ben. This was my first experience using Ace Handyman Services. My first impression of this company was impressive starting with the office manager, Kim. She listened to what I was needing, had me send in photos of the exterior I needed repaired on our cracked siding and took the time to consult with her 2 experts. She promptly scheduled my appointment. From there, Bill and Aaron showed up and took the extra time to color match with my paint, calk and sand a few cracks. They spent a great deal of time and kept me in the loop as they were doing the work to make sure it was up to my satisfaction and expectation. Both Aaron and Bill were professional and took pride in the work that they do. We are very thankful for your expertise and we look forward to recommending your company for future handyman services!
