I purchased two hours of services online. Big mistake. I attempted to call three times over the course of two weeks to schedule. Each time I was told they would call me back, and they never did. I left a voicemail and email attempting to cancel the charge, with no response. This is the first time I have left a negative review and I feel terrible about it, but I feel a responsibility to warn other people not to make the same mistake I did.
They were SO rude! I am buying a house and I called to get a quote of a few things I needed a handy man help. He said he did not have time to give me a quote and it could it a week to 10 days!
Jack's work is quality. We just regrouted and switched baseboards in the bathroom and the bathroom looks brand new. Jack also gave us money saving tips. I feel like he really looks out for his client.
