Can't keep appointments and is constantly rescheduling. Doesn't answer phone. Does good work when he gets around to showing up.

Called to make appointment said he could come,on day of appointment called and said he was having car problems said he would be there next day, Called the next day said he couldn't make that appointment. Said he would be there next day. We will see if he shows for that one. Not impressed so far. We will be calling someone else
