Well thinking all was lost and sitting around wondering what the damage was Santana and Chris checked everything. They found out pressure valve was not functioning and our psi for the house was over the standard limit! This could have made things 10 times worse I’m grateful they have a standard process not only to find and fix the original issue but to go above and beyond to make sure there work will not be affected after the repairs! Had my old water heater replaced as well as air vents cleaned. Additionally, I had my old fireplace which used to be a manually lit gas fireplace upgraded to a remote control ignition gas fireplace.
