We called late in the afternoon on a Friday of a really hot weekend to see if someone could come figure out why our AC wasn't working. Our entire HVAC system had been replaced only 2 years previously. Boyd and his guys came a few hours later and repaired the parts of our system that had been neglected and explained why it stopped functioning. Our home was cool again the same day. They were honest and upfront through their visit and kept us updated along the way. We immediately signed up for their maintenance program to ensure the longevity of our new equipment. I'm so glad we found Rapid Response Heating and Air (after dealing with different companies who only applied bandaids to issues that needed to be addressed more thoroughly). I just had Boyd install a heater in my garage. His guys showed up on time, and were clean and professional. The work was done in a timely manner, and they cleaned up after themselves. Best of all the heater works just as I had hoped. I can now work out there in the winter. I highly recommend Boyd and his company. They do good work in a timely manner at a fair price.

What an excellent job Boyd and his team did!! We were dealing with our home warranty for a week or so and they keep sending incompetent “techs” that our issue was never resolve, we ended canceling our home warranty. We called Boyd on a Friday, he answered all our questions and concerns and offered to stop by our house in a few hours, that afternoon he was here and found the issues with our AC unit. Since the moment we met him, we felt that we made a GREAT decision calling him, he is honest, professional and trustworthy, by Monday we have new AC unit but because of our AC system in our home, the new unit didn’t work, so he figured out what the issues was and told us that we needed a different AC unit. He was able to find the AC unit outside the city and sent his crew to get it, few hour later we had a great AC unit installed at no extra cost, what a fantastic job he did, the new unit works great and we are a happy customer.
