If I could rate this company higher than a 5, I definitely would. I have heard so many horror stories of remodeling. Stories where deposits were made and work not completed. Or work that was completed, but was not done well. That definitely was not the case for me. I made several changes along the way with Meticulous Remodel and I was amazed at how receptive everyone was. They always listened to me, gave great suggestions and their work was nothing shy of amazing! I will use them again in the future without hesitation. I HIGHLY recommend them! We had two jobs needing care; (1) clearing gutters, (2) cleaning and oiling of a beautiful wood front door. Brent from Meticulous was the employee who helped us, and he was first-rate--especially with the door. He was especially skilled and knowledgeable and gave the door some initial sanding and then a treatment which made the grains in the wood stand out. We call on Meticulous for help in many areas, and their work and advice is always first rate. Follow-up Review: We continue to use Meticulous Remodel whenever needs arise. They are skilled to respond to a wide range of needs, and if they don't feel they have proper expertise, they are direct and honest about it. As well, their staff are always cordial and set a warm-but-professional tone in their work and and interface with customers. Very high recommendation.

Meticulous just helped us tear out an unusable shower and kitchenette from our 99-year-old brick bungalow, and moved a wall to turn that section of our finished basement into a much more functional space. They coordinated with a plumber to get all of our old pipes updated before replacing the drywall. They did an excellent job of coordinating with us and the subcontractors, and were very good with dealing with the inevitable “old house surprises.” Steve made sure that any problems we encountered were dealt with promptly, and we are very pleased with the final result. They have a great team, and we can’t recommend them enough for doing a great job at a fair price, especially when it comes to remodeling older houses. We definitely plan on working with them again.
