Atop All Electric LLC

I am very disappointed in how this company tries to be shady about pricing. Both of the people I dealt with danced around pricing questions and were never forthright about how much things were going to cost. The only reason I didn't give one star is because they were prompt and it seems so far that they fixed the issue. They came out and fixed the wiring in our ceiling fan. It seems a wire had fried. The person I spoke to on the phone said they don't charge for estimates. Then the technician, vaguely mentioned some "basic package" but never gave a price , just started doing stuff without ever getting approval. He quickly realized the issue with the fried wire and fixed it right away. Which took all of 10 minutes. We go downstairs and he hands me something to sign and says the bill is $236! I have no idea if this is a common price for electrical work or not. What I do know is I used Thumbtack a few years ago and a really nice gentleman charged me $40 to repair an outlet that seemed much

We've used Atop All for a few projects in our house. Tim has been our electrician and has been on time, super communicative and worked with us on price and the project. He completed the work in an effective and efficient and professional manner and was very open to any ideas/ changes we need made. He kept the workspace clean and made sure it looked good when he left. Will use them for future projects. Services: Electrical outlet & switch installation, Electrical wiring repair
