Wonderful experience! My ac stopped putting out cold air during the hottest July in history. I called a big name company that quoted me insane amounts while hardly looking at anything. I called for a second opinion and Cody made an appointment right away around my work schedule. He was on time and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, my ac is toast, but he explained exactly why and I am confident he did everything he could. I was given a very fair quote on the replacement, but not pressured at all. Once I have the funds, I will absolutely go back. Would 1000% recommend Heavenly heating and cooling. Best experience ever!! Service: A/C system maintenance

Cody was fantastic! First, he came out on short notice to look at our AC since our home would not drop below 78 degrees, even when the overnight temperature was 65. He thoroughly assessed the furnace room and AC unit and found a minuscule leak that was likely there since install 4 years ago from a previous company. The AC unit had been slowly leaking Freon the whole time. Next, since the unit was frozen up from running so hard and not cooling, it had to thaw out before he could work on it. I was unavailable the next day, but Cody said he would come back Saturday to finish the job! When he came back Saturday, he replaced the leaking valve, refilled the completely depleted Freon, and cleaned the AC unit. All of this plus 2 trips to my home, and the cost was way less than I would have paid from many of the bigger, more well-known companies.
