I had called to 3 different places before calling North Star, absolutely no one answered the phone besides North Star. I got an appointment scheduled for that same night in less then 10 minutes. Angela from the office and Daniel the service technician were both absolutely wonderful to work with, very professional and knowledgeable and kind. I got my furnace fixed the same night and the price of the repair was very reasonable. I highly recommend North Star for anyones hvac needs.
Daniel was great at thoroughly figuring out the issue and took the time time make sure I understood what was causing my system to shut down. Their prices are fair and the service was speedy.
