North Star Heating & Air Conditioning

I've been a member of their service plan for over almost two years now and I think they are great. Recently I had Daniel, a field technician, come to 3 of my properties and each time he does a great service. He's very knowledgeable and thorough. He always takes the time to answer my questions and explain things. If you need service done, ask for Daniel. Angela from the office is very friendly and helpful as well. Anthony Chavez was great to work with, he arrived quickly on the same day we called. He completed the work quickly and our heater is now back up and running! I had called North Star when my furnace went out in the middle of the night, I didn’t think anyone would answer and sure enough Angela picked up the phone. She was very polite and was very attentive to my needs cause my house was cold. She answered all my questions and was able to get a service tech out at the soonest available time.
