North Star installed our downstairs furnace 3 years ago. I was so impressed by their 5 STAR SERVICE that I had them do our A/C replacements this summer. When the tech came out to do the free checkup on our system he checked our upstairs furnace too. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I've been a member of their service plan for over almost two years now and I think they are great. Recently I had Daniel, a field technician, come to 3 of my properties and each time he does a great service. He's very knowledgeable and thorough. He always takes the time to answer my questions and explain things. If you need service done, ask for Daniel. Angela from the office is very friendly and helpful as well.
