Joseph came out to inspect the roof on a house I was looking to purchase. He showed up on time, explained to me what he was doing as he went around, took photos that were included in his report, and made sure to answer all my questions. He also took the time to call the manufacturer to confirm if something voided the manufacturer warranty (it did) and provided several estimates.
