Seems to know what he's doing, but is very unpleasant to work with
Ed helped us install our Nest, as well as make sure everything else was looking good. He's a great guy, he was responsive, and even checked back in to make sure things were running smoothly. We had a fireplace that was less than 3 years old and it quit working. We called the company who installed it and they weren’t interested in helping us. I called cache Comfort and Ed responded quickly and had the fireplace up and going ( bad gas valve) in no time. Service: Heating system repair
