They were very quick about getting someone to my house to take a look at my AC. Tyrell was professional, polite, explained everything very well, and communicated with me about what was going on, what my options were, and what the cost would be. I feel like I was well taken care of at a reasonable cost. Thank you!
Tyrell did a thorough job diagnosing the problem with my air conditioner. He explained what he was doing and explained the results of his tests. He gave me options for repair or replacement. In the end I decided to replace the system. 1st American was able to get me on the schedule soon. The system was installed quickly and at a good value. I would recommend 1st American and Tyrell to anyone.
Plumbers, it seems, have gotten to be less than responsive, reliable, fair priced or even honest. 1st American bucks that trend and gave me an excellent experience.
