Tyrell did a thorough job diagnosing the problem with my air conditioner. He explained what he was doing and explained the results of his tests. He gave me options for repair or replacement. In the end I decided to replace the system. 1st American was able to get me on the schedule soon. The system was installed quickly and at a good value. I would recommend 1st American and Tyrell to anyone.
Jon Stanger from 1st American Plumbing came to my home yesterday to tend to an ailing water heater. Two technicians showed up on time and soon found the problem. They stayed until they were sure that the water heater was working properly. We had a great visit and I am sold on 1st American Plumbing. Thanks guys, you did a wonderful job!!!
Very professional and personable. I had 3 other companies come who did not fix but tried to upsell. He was here longer than any of them and charged me less. I felt he was extremely honest and fair.
