This is the second time I’ve need to call CTR in the last 30 days and each time I’m been very happy with the outcome. The ease of scheduling the appointment online is something I’m grateful for. I was able to login into my account and took their last appointment for the next day and didn’t have to wait until the morning to call and see what was available. Logan came out this second time and was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and kind even as I hovered and asked questions. They got me a quote before even fixing it so I was aware of the cost which is always nice to not be surprised. My unit is working great now and after taking care of the issue (dog hair build up of all things) and I will continue to use this company. Don’t remember if I have reviewed CTR before, but they’re awesome. AC just broke on a 100 degree holiday weekend.
