Peter came so fast and knew what was wrong within minutes of checking things out! He got right to work, fixed everything and was so respectful of my home. The price was fair and Peter was just very kind and very professional. Will work with them again for sure!

This is the second time I’ve need to call CTR in the last 30 days and each time I’m been very happy with the outcome. The ease of scheduling the appointment online is something I’m grateful for. I was able to login into my account and took their last appointment for the next day and didn’t have to wait until the morning to call and see what was available. Logan came out this second time and was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and kind even as I hovered and asked questions. They got me a quote before even fixing it so I was aware of the cost which is always nice to not be surprised. My unit is working great now and after taking care of the issue (dog hair build up of all things) and I will continue to use this company. If I could rate this company 0 stars I would. I had my pump replaced, my belt and motor replaced and spent almost $1,000 and they still had the audacity to try and charge me for a service fee for something specifically Logan messed up. The only saving grace is Peter who has come to check out my swamp cooler numerous times after he worked on it. Do not hire this company they are money hungry and do not admit to faults I have video evidence of the belt not being on tight enough and they still had the audacity and to blame “rusty bearings” after I’ve had 2 technicians in there that could have told me that.
