I cannot speak any more highly than this, Jay and his crew did exactly what they said they would do, at the cost they said. We are over the moon happy with the pipe blasting they did to replace our main sewer line. Our particular repair was extremely difficult, the main sewer line that needed to be replaced is 17 feet under ground, yet Jay was able to excavate a small area and successfully replace our main sewer line. Good bye sewer ejector pump and hello gravity!!!! I wish I could leave a better review, but a five star review is all that is available. If I could leave a 10 star review, I would. Service: Sewer repair
I'm in the process of purchasing an older home and asked Jay to go take a look at the piping to ensure everything looked good. They answered all three of my phone calls, answered all of my questions, and were able to get out to my property within 24 hours! Jay and Mark are both awesome to work with and I recommend them to anyone looking for a service within their scope.
Our experience with Utah Pipe Bursting has been wonderful start to finish. As we began searching for a contractor to replace my main sewer line, we had a lot of questions. Jay answered questions directly by phone and text, even after hours and while he was on vacation until we understood every detail. His staff were all professional and polite. Not only were they on time, 6-8 staff were working and finished the pipes quickly so we were only out of water for about 3 hours. We had to wait for the inspection by the city a couple days before the holes were filled over, but the job moved along faster than we hoped. We had no conflicts or confusion from start to finish. The price was half of what we would have paid any of the other contractors who gave bids, and some were not willing to do the complete job from street to inside the basement, which needed to be done due to roots and corroded pipes. We wish we had the job done years ago.
