Our experience with Utah Pipe Bursting has been wonderful start to finish. As we began searching for a contractor to replace my main sewer line, we had a lot of questions. Jay answered questions directly by phone and text, even after hours and while he was on vacation until we understood every detail. His staff were all professional and polite. Not only were they on time, 6-8 staff were working and finished the pipes quickly so we were only out of water for about 3 hours. We had to wait for the inspection by the city a couple days before the holes were filled over, but the job moved along faster than we hoped. We had no conflicts or confusion from start to finish. The price was half of what we would have paid any of the other contractors who gave bids, and some were not willing to do the complete job from street to inside the basement, which needed to be done due to roots and corroded pipes. We wish we had the job done years ago.
I cannot speak any more highly than this, Jay and his crew did exactly what they said they would do, at the cost they said. We are over the moon happy with the pipe blasting they did to replace our main sewer line. Our particular repair was extremely difficult, the main sewer line that needed to be replaced is 17 feet under ground, yet Jay was able to excavate a small area and successfully replace our main sewer line. Good bye sewer ejector pump and hello gravity!!!! I wish I could leave a better review, but a five star review is all that is available. If I could leave a 10 star review, I would. Our last experience with them would leave anyone questioning this company. We hired them to get sewer to the property line on a local project, as they are equipped to do so. We set up dates, and kept getting pushed off but they finally broke ground a few weeks after schedule. They ran into several issues, and told us they would be a few more days. Long story short, they got the line stubbed to property but didn't patch concrete or asphalt as agreed and spelled in contract. But before their guys even left our job, their office called me for final payment. I wasn't on site and they offered to meet. The were persistent on final payment even though the project was incomplete, I agreed we could get them a check the next morning. I assumed having a good relationship they would finish the project as promised. A few days went by and the pr
