Great service! We had our furnace go out and they evaluated, did a temporary repair on the old system, and then came back and replaced the furnace all within 24 hours. The whole team at SOS is outstanding. Our furnace went out (16years old). We decided to replace it. John came out and gave us several options to choose from. The next day Cory and another fella (sorry I forgot his name) came out to install a new furnace and AC. They did a fantastic job and we are beyond happy with our new system. They are all so friendly and knowledgeable. They explained everything in a way I could understand. Cory and PJ came out the following week to fix one little issue with a humidifier. They were prompt and friendly. I would have no hesitation doing business with SOS again for any heating or cooling issues. We’ve also had some maintenance provided by Jaden previously and our experience with him is why we decided to stick with SOS. Even Taylor on the phone (dispatch) was so kind. Thank you SOS!
