I don’t know if I’ve ever connected with an HVAC guy as much as I connected with John. I ended up sitting in the basement with him and talking about life as he showed me each of the parts of my furnace he was checking. He explained how my central AC worked and told me how to check whether my unit was still under warranty. He was even able to call his supplier and get a new part after business hours. Randy came for the tail end of the replacement and was awesome too!
