SOS has been incredible to work with. I called them on the hottest day of the year to come see why my air conditioning was not working. They came the very next day, and texted me when they were on their way to my home. They assessed the issue, gave me a bid, and booked to install the next day. The installers we very nice and were able to complete the work within a few hours. They cleaned up (well, mostly) and took all the old furnace parts with them when they left. Within a week of the install, the a/c again stopped working. I texted them at 10 PM last night and they had a service technician at my home in the morning. He was very knowledgeable, and figured the issue out and made the necessary adjustments to the system. I would highly recommend SOS Heating & Cooling to anyone. I priced new equipment before calling and they were below what I had expected to pay. They credited the initial service call to my bill, and did not charge me for the second service call. I don’t know if I’ve ever connected with an HVAC guy as much as I connected with John. I ended up sitting in the basement with him and talking about life as he showed me each of the parts of my furnace he was checking. He explained how my central AC worked and told me how to check whether my unit was still under warranty. He was even able to call his supplier and get a new part after business hours. Randy came for the tail end of the replacement and was awesome too!
