Great service and great people. We have used A-1 for several years now and all of their service people have been professional and quick. We had a new technician today, and Sergio was great! A-1 came highly recommended by several contractors in town, and they have always lived up to their reputation.

We used to used this business all the time... every year for heating and air maintenance service. I called to schedule an appointment and was told someone would call me back to schedule and appointment in a few minutes. The call never came. Today I sent and email.. no response.. I called again and was told that they told me yesterday they were a week out. I don't know how she would know that as I had not identified myself to her for her to know and the voice sounded different. No one told me that... I believe I spoke to Ashley. At any rate... as a result of the poor quality of customer service I will NOT be using A1 in the future! Service: A/C system maintenance
