S&S Mechanical - Plumbing Heating Cooling

I chose S&S Mechanical to upgrade my single stage AC unit with a high efficiency Carrier heat pump system. Logan came out and evaluated the system and made recommendations to meet my needs for a high efficiency system with ultra quiet operation both inside and outside the house. Noah and Hunter came out a few weeks later to do the install.They were a fantastic install crew, very well trained, very personable, and knew exactly what needed to be done.They were also very responsive to my questions and special requests. Jonathan and Riley arrived to join the install crew, adding more of the same, they were all hard working, skilled technicians. S&S saved us from the record heat. A/C went down and it was difficult finding a company that could help without a week or two out. S&S was able to schedule a tech for the next day. Matt our technician was prompt and courteous. Explained the problem and gave us some options for the repair. Overall our experience with S&S was fantastic. S&S has been wonderful to work with. We went from being told our 30 year old system finally needed to be replaced in Sunday to a brand new system on Wednesday. All their staff has been great to work with and very responsive to us while dealing with many other customers going through similar issues. Highly recommend them!
