I had the misfortune of interacting with Gary, the owner of Garage Door Doctor, about three weeks ago. Gary was curt, unprofessional, spoke rudely of his coworkers, arrived late, and worst of all left early without finishing the garage door installation. He offered no alternative solution and had a "it's not my problem" attitude. Highly recommend looking for another company. Not worth the hassle.
Gary is hands down one of the most knowledgeable and honest technicians I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I called him with the diagnosis of my garage door issue and he was able to help me over the phone and save me $100's. This care for customers and willingness to go the extra mile is why I support local businesses like his. I would recommend him to all my friends and family.
I called door doctor on a Saturday he said he would arrive shortly he arrived within the hour I had got another quote from another guy and he said it was gonna be $300. Gary fixed it for 50$ lifesaver. I recommend Ogdens door doctor to all friends and family. Great experience!
