From estimate to install and follow up, Hansen has been awesome! Great value when comparing quotes with other HVAC companies. Installation was superb. They even came back to help figure out a water leak that had nothing to do with their products or installation and helped repair the problem outside my house after hours! I had my thermostat replaced last summer by Josh Sornson. He did this work on the side, but showed up in the Hansen work truck. Josh is very unprofessional, also very rude when I called to explain that my house wasn’t cooling. I’ve been calling for the past 6 months with no answer or call back. I find this very unprofessional. I ended up replacing it myself. Josh represents Hansen. Hopefully this type of employee isn’t the type Hansen hires.

I would like to thank Corey with Hansen HVAC for helping us replace our HVAC in our home. Corey listened to the issues we’ve had cooling our multi-level home and advised us with options that did not break the bank. He called us quickly after placing our order to arrange the installation. Casey, Kory, Jace, and Chandler showed up on time and ready to work. They were extremely polite and immediately started petting my dogs. They were professional and clean.
