Valley Plumbing and Drain Cleaning

My water heater decided to give up on me after 16 years of service. I knew the truck with the duck was the right choice. Plumber Kyle arrived and promptly set out to find me a new water heater. Plumber Kyle was kind and quick in his work. He carried a water heater up three flights of stairs like it was nothing. Installed the new heater in a jiffy and was friendly. I would have given 5 stars but there was a blemish in the service. The brass elbow on the water line that feeds the heater had a manufacturer's defect and was leaking through a pin hole. Justin replaced it with a galvanized elbow because he didn't have a brass one. He said he would be back Monday to swap it out for the better quality brass. (This was the previous Friday). Monday came and went. I waited all day. I never got a text. I never got a call. I never got an email letting me know he was running late or had to reschedule.
