ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE INSPECTION!!!! They sent a newbie guy (Kyle Hanke) out to inspect our kitchen sink because the pipes underneath is leaking water and rotting the wood base board. He didn’t even look underneath the sink, he unscrewed my kitchen faucet and the flexible hose that connects the water to the faucet. The hose part got stuck down in the base of the sink. He didn’t fix his mistake. He just said that I needed a new faucet now and that the estimate would be $600?!? He left. And now I have leaky kitchen pipes and a new problem with my faucet that was fine before he showed up. Thanks for nothing. Don’t get scammed with these idiots.

My water heater decided to give up on me after 16 years of service. I knew the truck with the duck was the right choice. Plumber Kyle arrived and promptly set out to find me a new water heater. Plumber Kyle was kind and quick in his work. He carried a water heater up three flights of stairs like it was nothing. Installed the new heater in a jiffy and was friendly.
