Your technician arrived promptly at 8am the next morning and fixed the problem with our tankless water heater. He also told us that the call was covered by a service contract that we didn't even know we had.
They were really polite and extremely skilled in all communication. The installation was successfully finished on time. After finishing, they did a great job of cleanup. A+
