DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Worst customer service I have ever had. The actual work that was done on my house was fine. I only had to get them to fix a few things. The siding crew did not clean up any screws or nails in my yard and they also threw their cigarette butts all over my yard. They also didn't move my comcast cable so my 3 way spliter is hidden behind siding. They give you a number to call if you have any issues and proceed to tell you that it's not in the contract, but it was. The company would not communicate with the sales representative to get clarification, that apparently was my job. I had to reach out to the sales representative to get the project completed 3 times. I asked to speak to a project coordinator so I could ask about the instalation work but that never happened, they just sent the crew back out. I had to fix all my own problems with this company. The whole experience with Hansen's was great! From the sales people to the measuring guy. And the windows were actually ready ahead of schedule! The installation crew was a joy to have in my home. They were beyond friendly, responsive to my needs and did a fast and professional install. Dee and his crew were great. Overall these guys earned a five star rating. We were hesitant to make such a large purchase, but after talking with our sales Rep we decided it was time. Turns out we had reasons to be nervous. After waiting months for the windows which was expected they came to install them on 11/4/22. To keep this short I had told the install manager that the windows were way darker than the sample we had picked. He told us I would have to speak to someone else about that, he was only making sure the install was going smoothly. After the windows were all in. The installers went outside to finish the trim and weather proofing. I had stepped outside to see the progress cause they had been out there for a couple hours and they said” we have bad news they sent the wrong color of finish trim”which I commented this trim is exactly the color we though the windows should have been. They told me that I would receive a call the next day about this and they would get someone out here asap to finish this up. I received a phone call the next day but it w
