I had earlier given 5 stars because sales person was amazing and contractor team explained installation process very well. We thought we made good choice and put initial deposit for window and patio door expansion. Its big remodel and big deal for us and now we feel we are stuck with them. Our order has been submitted in February and we are still waiting for our installation. We need to take updates every week and Hansons representative only give us cold replies. Poor sales guy doesn’t seem to know the latest information and can’t help us. I hope somebody will read this review and take appropriate action.

Did a Zoom call for an estimate on a patio door. I was very impressed and ordered. With a later in person estimate with another company I was shown different components of the door . I hadn’t thought to ask about the screen or the inside handle. For the price difference it looked like a better option. Ended up canceling my Hanson order. I’m a visual person and need to see the wares. Really liked your representative.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Worst customer service I have ever had. The actual work that was done on my house was fine. I only had to get them to fix a few things. The siding crew did not clean up any screws or nails in my yard and they also threw their cigarette butts all over my yard. They also didn't move my comcast cable so my 3 way spliter is hidden behind siding. They give you a number to call if you have any issues and proceed to tell you that it's not in the contract, but it was. The company would not communicate with the sales representative to get clarification, that apparently was my job. I had to reach out to the sales representative to get the project completed 3 times. I asked to speak to a project coordinator so I could ask about the instalation work but that never happened, they just sent the crew back out. I had to fix all my own problems with this company. This is my first and hopefully my last review I will ever have to write in my life time. The gutter team was amazi
