We are very happy with our new windows. There is a dramatic heat reduction in our home during the summer months and much warmer in the winter. The issues regarding our trim pieces not matching were professionally addressed by Shawn Peebly and Shawn Edwards, who came out personally and corrected the issue to our satisfaction. Job well done. We were hesitant to make such a large purchase, but after talking with our sales Rep we decided it was time. Turns out we had reasons to be nervous. After waiting months for the windows which was expected they came to install them on 11/4/22. To keep this short I had told the install manager that the windows were way darker than the sample we had picked. He told us I would have to speak to someone else about that, he was only making sure the install was going smoothly. After the windows were all in. The installers went outside to finish the trim and weather proofing. I had stepped outside to see the progress cause they had been out there for a couple hours and they said” we have bad news they sent the wrong color of finish trim”which I commented this trim is exactly the color we though the windows should have been. They told me that I would receive a call the next day about this and they would get someone out here asap to finish this up. I received a phone call the next day but it w

Sean was amazing. He explained everything to me when he was out here measuring the windows. I am beyond excited to work more with 1-800 hansons!! They are all definitely very friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make customers happy. I definitely cannot wait till we get the new windows in. The other guy that came out to do the estimate I cannot remember his name for the life of me but he was also amazing and very friendly. Showed up early to the appointment and was ready to tackle a sale.
