Hands down the best experience I have had with a roofing company. I was terrified of the large potential costs roofing companies could levy on me given my lack of roofing knowledge. But Arocon were fair and transparent. Preston helped my family out and he was amazing. He was respectful, polite and extremely gifted. If it were the 1200s I would crown that man and make him a king.

My wife and I recently purchased a home in the Burke, VA area and had a host of attic/roof problems occur after a large snowstorm left snow and ice accumulation on the roof. Adam and team were great to respond and fixed a small portion of the roof that was potentially causing the leak (at no cost). Additionally, Adam and team repaired the water-damaged drywall in our home (again, at no cost). Lastly, Adam provided a very thorough professional opinion of the current state of our attic's insulation and ventilation system (even though that wasn't his responsibility). Because of his suggestions, my wife and I were able to hire a 3rd party insulation team (from Fairfax Insulation Systems) to come out and give our attic a complete overhaul. The condensation that was occurring in our attic (due to heat loss from the inside of the home) immediately resolved itself. This company is usually quite busy (most likely due to their great work). Preston and Kevin were on time, very polite, respectful and hard working. It's was a fantastic experience to have this team complete a thorough project on my home. They cleaned out all of the gutters inside and out. the roof tune up was superior as they caulked needed areas and replaced roof shingles. It's was very refreshing to have a company complete a job that was promised and do a superb job.
