Had them fix a few things at my home several years ago and they did a nice job at a reasonable price. Called them back for another job about 3 years ago and it was wildly overpriced and we flat out couldn’t afford it so I went with another contractor. Called them again recently to see about another small job and the lady who answered the phone said we were essentially blacklisted in their system because we had turned them down for a job in the past due to price, and then she hung up. Could not have been ruder. It’s America and they have a right to turn down job offers - but they should be embarrassed and definitely shouldn’t be considered a “community oriented company.” I will be going out of my way to ensure nobody I know ever uses them

Newbie homeowner here... I accidentally triggered the circuit breaker in my house during a washer and dryer installation. It seemed as if the wall outlet was broken and possibly needed to be replaced. Steve came out shortly after I called and kindly explained to me that I was not actually turning the outlet on and off via the circuit breaker. This was a relief to hear since I was expecting a descent bill for the work. Well, not only did Steve tell me I was incorrectly flipping the on/off switch, he didn’t charge me a wild fee for coming out. I’m going to be doing more electric work in the new future and Becker has won me as a customer. 10/10 would recommend to friends
