Cardinal and our technician, Shawn, were extremely professional and courteous when helping with replacing our old shower with a new one. They walked us through everything that they would need to do and made sure all our questions were answered. It took only two days between us contacting them to coming out to complete our installation. Everything looks great and works perfectly and I cannot recommend them and Shawn enough! Such a great experience with Cardinal Plumbing from start to finish. When my water heater died unexpectedly, they were able to move their schedules around to get a plumber to come out on Saturday. Andrew was fantastic, very thorough (caught things another plumbing company did not!), and got me a quote and replacement appointment right away. Andrew also followed up when I inquired about other options. When I had challenges with my HOA getting a water turn off scheduled, Cardinal was very graceful about rescheduling for me. Brian, Matthew(?), and a third gentleman came out to install my new water heater. They were fantastic—very friendly and efficient, and they kept me informed throughout the day. I really appreciated how they took a lot of time to adjust the water temperature and make sure the pressure was right once the new heater was installed. All in all, A+ service from start to finish.
