Max was polite and very professional! He was diligent and persistent in solving a problem created by the previous owner. And let me tell you about this previous owner... Out tech, Michael was very knowledgable, fully assessed our situation, and took time answering my (many) questions. He was also very courteous and friendly - great soft skills. I have nothing but good things to say about all of the service we've received from Cardinal thus far. Sergio and his assistant executed the install. They were on time, courteous, knowledgable, clean and got me back up and in cool air within the same day - despite having to find a new unit that fit better in my space (due to the existing gas meter placement). Very pleased with the entire experience and workmanship.

Our furnace went belly-up on New Year's Eve and we couldn't be more thankful for Cardinal. Best service by the nicest people you could hope for.
