As a home owner, I am appreciative of the team at Cardinal Plumbing Heating and Air. The team lead by Matthew, responded quickly to a cracked water pipe. Additionally, they performed a drinking water test and creatively installed, in a limited space, a filter system to improve the water quality. Special appreciation to James, Brian, and Jonathan for the plumbing expertise and for running new pipe. Highly recommend, Matthew and Cardinal Plumbing Heating and Air. Thank You. Nice enough guy from Cardinal Plumbing, and he came on time, but prices he quoted were outrageous so I asked him to leave. Two shut-off values under my bathroom sink needed to be replaced. This requires less than one hour from any plumber (I had purchased the new valves separately - $8.00 each) Cardinal's charge? $1150.00 That's not a typo! Insane. No thank you. Next day I called another plumbing service (Ft Hunt Plumbing) and they completed the work promptly for $200! Also, I'm skeptical about the 900+ reviews here. I believe the company found a way to game these reviews.
Cardinal and our technician, Shawn, were extremely professional and courteous when helping with replacing our old shower with a new one. They walked us through everything that they would need to do and made sure all our questions were answered. It took only two days between us contacting them to coming out to complete our installation. Everything looks great and works perfectly and I cannot recommend them and Shawn enough!
