Cyprus Air Installed a new Heat Pump System and the product and installation team Of William and Roberto was first class. Very thorough, professional and left my place spotless. Two thumbs up!
The technician was very knowledgeable, diagnostics skills were impeccable. He demonstrated the overall value of the repairs as a technician and a homeowner. I am very pleased with the service I received.
Horrible Experience. Replaced 20 year old direct vent fireplace that was ugly but worked. New fireplace looks nice but leaks cold air constantly. Horrible customer service, missed appts, managers who said they'd call but don't. Why was the old fireplace fine but this new one isn't... they messed it up! Look at the pictures - ICE in the house! Hearth covered with a blanket and blowing from cold breeze.
