Dan was very professional. He came on time, gave me all the details regarding the new HVAC system I was looking to install and requesting a quote for, was up front about pricing and applicable discounts. Best of all there was no car salesman like pressure to make a decision then and there. I appreciated that of Dan and Cyprus very much. Thank you.

Charged double the cost of the company we ended up finding and using. Cancelled the appointment asap so as not to be disruptive to their business, and now have been waiting on a return of the deposit for the better part of a month. Not acceptable. Phone calls get me no where except false promises of calling me back eventually. I have called every few days and gotten nowhere. Do not use this company.

Cyprus Air, specifically, Mr. Derrick was very knowledgeable and explained the problems my blower was experiencing. He was very professional throughout the appointment. The project couldn't be completed in one day and would need additional technicians. Otherwise everything would have been 5 stars.
