Kan and his team did a great job helping me move from a 3BR house to a storage. They arrived on time, properly protected all my items,were very professional and completed the move in a timely manner. They did not stop until the job was compled. I'm definitely using Brothers Moving again!

I am grateful to have what I paid for, which is my items moved to an apartment ACROSS THE STREET. I am not very happy with the time it took for the move. 8 hrs for 2 tvs, a couch and love seat, a king size bed and a queen size mattress, including of course an entire 1 Br apt (clothes, kitchen, misc. items). It was a dragged out job and literally no sense of urgency at all. However, the way the pay works is $299 for 2 hr and 2 men then $99 every hour after so of course they would move slow to work. I also moved from and to a high rise so I had the freight elevator scheduled and we nowhere near were in those time slot even after I confirmed the time a few times with the team. I think if the pay were an even pay, then the experience may have been better but 8 hours for a 1 br was just excessive and was not the reason I hired movers. I recently used their services. They called me when they were on their way and arrived shortly after 9am. It was 3 movers and 1 moving truck, I paid for 2 hrs of service. I’m not new to moving so I had everything staged for them to pick up and had all my items boxes up so that I wouldn’t have to pay for an additional hour of moving. They movers were very fast/efficient and communicated with each other. They literally moved everything out my house in 30 mins. We drove my stuff over to a storage unit and they unloaded and put everything in. In all everything was completed in an hour. I would definitely recommend their services. You are required to give $50 deposit and it should be deducted from your total cost. My total cost was $349 but you should pay $299 warranted you only used 2hrs on the moving day. Anything over 2hrs is an additional $119. There was a discrepancy where my deposit was not deducted from total cost. I called them back and the were able to refund me my $50. In all this
