A month after installing our brand new roof, a snowstorm hit the area and a large tree fell into our home. Tom didn’t skip a beat and came down personally to inspect the damage and see what they could do to help. We had an amazing experience with Hurley Home Roofing! We worked with Tom and he made the experience super streamline with our insurance company, and despite a couple hurdles, he was so patient and made sure everything was set. Once the day of our appointment came along, everyone who worked on our house cleaned everything up on the roof to looking better than it was before they got there. Joel was an absolute pleasure to walk us through what was otherwise a disaster (leaky roof, interior damage, entire replacement needed). He helped work with our insurance company to push for a new roof rather than the initial estimate of minor repairs, and took the time to record videos proving why the roof couldn’t be repaired to contest insurance.
