Krafft has been phenomenal! The technicians are so friendly and knowledgeable. Customer service is very responsive and moves quickly. This company has made a stressful situation so much better. Their prices are extremely fair too.
Technician arrived within the prescribed window. His instructions were "AC not working", but I had been very specific that I needed the drain line unplugged. Once I explained why I called things went smoothly. He didn't mind me asking a couple of questions while he worked. Line drains well now, and he did get a "snake" out which I had got stuck. Our heat pump went out in 90 F August; Krafft was able to schedule us within 24 hours. The technician arrived on time and quickly spotted the problem – a failed capacitor on the outside unit. Conrad identified that the unit was still under warranty, installed a loaner part, then returned a week later to install the warranty-approved replacement part. I am so grateful that he did this without my having to contact the manufacturer and go through the process, myself. I loved that I was told what the service charge would be when I made the appointment, then Conrad told me what the entire cost would be on the first visit (e.g. only a reasonable service charge for each visit). They take credit cards and emailed me a full receipt immediately. Wish all service providers were so thorough, thoughtful, and trustworthy. Service: A/C system repair
