Our family has been calling Krafft/A-1 for years and can’t say enough good things about them. The scheduling staff is knowledgeable and courteous, and the technicians are always professional and honest. Prices are competitive and I’ve never felt like they sell-up…EVER. Our heat pump went out in 90 F August; Krafft was able to schedule us within 24 hours. The technician arrived on time and quickly spotted the problem – a failed capacitor on the outside unit. Conrad identified that the unit was still under warranty, installed a loaner part, then returned a week later to install the warranty-approved replacement part. I am so grateful that he did this without my having to contact the manufacturer and go through the process, myself. I loved that I was told what the service charge would be when I made the appointment, then Conrad told me what the entire cost would be on the first visit (e.g. only a reasonable service charge for each visit). They take credit cards and emailed me a full receipt immediately. Wish all service providers were so thorough, thoughtful, and trustworthy. Service: A/C system repair

My AC broke the day before the hottest day of the year so far (naturally) and Krafft was able to get someone out the next day, and fixed it in about 30 minutes. The engineer was helpful, friendly and professional and showed me some maintenance steps that will improve its efficiency in the future. Will absolutely call them again!
