She was personable, attentive to the questions of my board of directors and took the extra step to make sure I had photos of the work completed. VA Roofing is the best in town! This company was referred to me by a friend in the business- they did not disappoint. I had my entire roof replaced and the team did an awesome job. The best part about the experience was working with Allie Patrick; she was just so professional, yet warm and friendly. I'm a new homeowner, so everything was new and confusing to me, but Allie was there every step of the way. Last night my ceiling started to leak, so I called VA Roofing at 9:00pm - Allie picked up the phone. My issue turned out to be my bay window, but it was nice that VA Roofing was so responsive.
