We had an issue finding the leak into my downstairs neighbors and Kobe stayed as long as he needed to help find the issue. Working between my apartment AND my downstairs neighbor (traveling back and forth) he found the problem. Kobe was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Recommend his service and will keep coming back.
