At this point, I'm only commenting on the initial evaluation, as service hasn't been performed yet. The visit was timely. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed to make good recommendations (e.g., how to save money, where to spend money). Free estimate is nice. I was very pleasantly surprised.
Kobe/Marcus was fantastic! He came in 20 minutes (on Christmas!!) to help with our backed up sewer line. He was very professional, friendly, and got the job done quickly and economically. I would highly recommend Kobe/Marcus at Roto-Rooter! Service: Plumbing
