R Plumber

If anyone ever asks for a reliable plumber in the DMV - Rene and his team are absolutely who I'd recommend without hesitation. We initially used them to install our new gas pipes and tankless water heater after we converted our home to gas. We've also used him for a leaky garbage disposal. But after tonight, I'm a customer for life. We've been having moisture issues in our basement, and a consultation with a waterproofer found that both our primary AND backup sump pumps had failed. He suggested using a plumber to fix it. To add to the chaos, we're meant to get hit with the remnants of Hurricane Ida over the next few days. I immediately emailed Rene, who responded that this was definitely an emergency and he could be here by 7 PM to fix it. He and his partner arrived on time and got right to work. Rene Plumbers completed a complicated installation for me. I was determined to get this automatic unit installed Rene Plumbers rerouted the water supply, changed fittings, and accessed the water line in the basement. The project turned out to require 4-5 hours work. Other plumbers were intimidated by the project and would not take on the job. Rene and his team at R-plumber did an excellent job installing the plumbing for a new bathroom in our basement.
