But I decided to take a risk for a number of factors, such as responsiveness but not pushy, willingness to take the time to go over things step by step and answer every question fully, even in writing - I consider this an indication of honesty - competitive pricing, and my own preference for supporting small businesses, especially owned by immigrant entrepreneurs. After I decided, Bairon, the manager, took the time to explain various steps, including showing the materials to be used and the steps to use them. He also took the time to take videos of work being completed and personally inspected the completed job.
