I worked with Bairon on a roof leaking issue. He was very kind, knowledgeable, responsive and kept me informed. He took pictures and videos of the roof issues and explained it all to me. He also worked directly with my insurance company regarding the repairs required, what the cause of the problems were, etc. The work was done quickly and professionally. I had considered a number of proposals before deciding on BBC Contractors LLC, which is a small company just starting out. Two main things went against it, namely, not much track record and uncertainty about its future on which a warrantee depends. But I decided to take a risk for a number of factors, such as responsiveness but not pushy, willingness to take the time to go over things step by step and answer every question fully, even in writing - I consider this an indication of honesty - competitive pricing, and my own preference for supporting small businesses, especially owned by immigrant entrepreneurs. After I decided, Bairon, the manager, took the time to explain various steps, including showing the materials to be used and the steps to use them. He also took the time to take videos of work being completed and personally inspected the completed job.
