This is our second time working with Lawrence and his team. They took on our kitchen renovation which included lots of main floor flooring, stairs, stair rail, linen closet and of course all the kitchen things (electrical, plumbing, appliances, backsplash) + demoing a few walls! They are so detailed, so professional and generally a joy to have around. You can tell each member of the team cares and has their own skill sets. No corners were cut, quite literally when I say they spent extra time perfecting our backsplash. The stair rail processes was amazing to watch as they custom made a replica of my inspo picture. We had Lawrence and his crew in to help completely remodel two of our bathrooms, including taking out a wall and increasing the size of the master bath. Everyone we dealt with at L&R was extremely professional and ensured the job was done right! They provided us with a timeline and stuck to it, which is definitely not to be underestimated when dealing with construction projects.
