This is my third time using Condon Reed. Every time, they have tried to see if they can help me solve the problem by myself--- to save me a time and money-- at the cost of them not doing a service call. Incredible! I am impressed with their honesty, professionalism and thoroughness. I will need to replace my AC soon, I know who I am calling. My electrician wants their number too. He was impressed as well. This is my GOTO HVAC company!!!! I've even had to call them in AFTER others tried to scam me into buying a new system, mine is a 1989 Trane A/C system. They are busy, but THIS is because they are sooooo good. They could have charged extra but pointed out I did not require more coolant, but the capacitors had blown the fuse and needed to be replace. After work, they tested the IN and OUT of the A/C and it was within tolerances and has worked SUPERBLY ever since their repairs. Service: A/C system repair
