Showed up pretty close to when they said they would, same day I called with backed-up kitchen sink. Very expensive for the time involved but got the job done. He was very upfront about the cost at the beginning, however. If I have one criticism, it would be that the tech, John, should have worn booties. There were dirty footsteps where he first entered our house. Very personable and knowledgeable tech and very helpful in suggesting ways to keep the drain from clogging again. Service: Drain cleaning
