Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

My sewer drain became clogged. Several years ago I had the same problem and had used Roto-Rooter to fix and I was very happy with the service. So it was an easy decision to call RR again. The gentleman I spoke to over the phone was friendly, courteous and very helpful. I told him i wanted to have the problem fixed ASAP and i was happy to learn he would have a technician at my house in 2 to 4 hours and would be provided 30 minutes advancecd notice. In less than an hour i received a text saying the techician would be at my house in 30 minutes and the technician arrived right on time. So far so good. Like the customer service rep i spoke to, the technician was very friendly and courteous. He assessed the situation and provided me an estimate of the cost. He impressed me as being very knowledgeable and honest, and i did not hesitate to give him the green light to go forward. Had a pipe join that burst under the kitchen sink causing a huge leak. Jerson and Donnie were very professional and knowledgeable and explained the burst was due to incorrect materials used by the previous contractor and were quick to repair and replace with new parts. They also went above and beyond and did an entire house walkthrough and helped us identify potential issues and fixed them before anything even happened.
