Arrived on time on a weekend day. Found the issue fast. Explained issues clearly and was willing to talk though everything with me. Clearly cares about providing good service. Will use again. Services: A/C system repair, A/C system maintenance

I employed the install services of The Restorer HVAC on a recommendation from my brother. My hot water heater went on the fritz, pilot light kept going out, and I was having problems with my furnace. I was considering a Lennox system from Costco, and a low buck Goodman brand online. The Restorer HVAC had the best features and most competitive price I could find. Randy’s install team led by Christian are the best quality too. They found and fixed problems with the HVAC ducting, and hot water heater piping, repairing problems at no additional cost. As well, we received a Trane dual stage furnace and air conditioner, UV light air purifier, multi-layer filter, Rheem hot water heater at an excellent price and a quality installation which makes all the difference. I know Randehl Quijote - presently as The restorer Heating and Air Co ditioning for over 10 years and he replaced and repairs several dozens of HVAC units at numerous locations. He also installed numerous water heaters. His job extremely reliable very professional and most resonable compare to most companies I ever used. I manage many properties in North Virginia and Since we start do business with Randehl I never even compare with other companies just placing orders with him.
