Honest, competitive & reliable. My insurance company requested a roof inspection. I didn't think I needed a new roof, but 3 contractors said I did, and sooner rather than later. That week, a shingle blew off! All of the quotes were in the same ballpark, but I chose Commonwealth because Chad assured me he would be the only point of contact for the entire job, even if there was a problem. He was true to his word. He kept me informed all along the way and delivered on every promise. I even authorized some additional fascia work, but after finishing the roof, he said I didn't really need it and recommended I save myself some money! The roof looks great.
