I would give negative stars if I could. Ramjack has been very unprofessional and aggressive. I bought a home in November 2022 they had a contract that they wrote up in August 2022 with the seller and the job should have been done before I moved into the house and December2022. It was not my husband and I repeatedly contacted them trying to figure out where we were with things they repeatedly told us that they were waiting on permits. we understood that permits can take some time so we would call every couple of weeks checking on things. Still being told they don't have a permit. when we finally decided that we were going to go with another company we asked them to please cancel the contract and that we would pay for their permit fees as we were gonna go with another company that could get it done faster. They never called us they've never reached out to us since taking over the property. we always have to bother them and call them repeatedly they've been nothing but rude yelled and s
