Kesterson Heating & Air Conditioning Co, Inc.

Was told no when my AC broke. Just said wouldn't take on anyone new. Won't be using this business ever.

We had our AC go out a few weeks ago, and the first place we called was Kesterson Heating and Air, since we've had good experiences with them in the past with repairs. Sure enough Mr. Kesterson did not disappoint. He came promptly the next morning, was courteous, professional, and pleasant. He first offered to try a few things to see if he could fix it without having to replace everything. Once he was sure it needed to be replaced, he gave us a reasonable quote. He definitely wasn't trying to upsell us, and I really appreciated the no pressure tactics and general advice he gave. He was very patient with me calling my husband to ask him questions while he was there, and he was never derogatory or condescending (unlike so many other repairmen I've had to deal with). I called around to a few other places to get quotes, and was not impressed by their service men who came to give us a quote. I had a problem with my furnace as it did not kick on during a cold winter night. Called Kesterson and they sent Richard out. He quickly located the problem and fixed it. I have always had excellent service from this group and shall remain a long-term customer if and when needed.
