We have been working with Chris for 3 years now. He's done 2 of our roofs, complete our new house's siding, remove our leaking chimney completely. They do have competitive pricing. We have been very happy with the results, every time. Great team work and they clean up after themselves. I would recommend his business to every one in the area. If there were more stars I would of selected them. We had 5 different quotes last year on getting a new roof installed. This year when we were finally able to do so I only found one card and that was for Area Remodeling & Siding! I called Chris and he came over gave us an excellent quote and recommendations on how to properly replace our existing roof. Our roof did not have a vent system of any type so we went with new shingles, 6 roof vents, new flashing around fire places and decided to install a Solar Fan to help ventilate our attic. Chris and his team showed up yesterday (5/27/18) and started the roof at 7:30 am. Next thing we know we had 3 vans of workers who were all very friendly and professional working on our roof!!! Long story short, at 830pm and after extensive clean up our roof was completely done and we couldn't be happier! Highly recommend Chris and his team to anyone looking for the best deal and professionalism. Chris remained on site until the job was completely done!
Chris with Area Remodeling responded very promptly to my inquiry to fix a roof leak. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave a straight forward very reasonable quote. The work was completed quickly, the repaired area blends in exactly with the existing roof. Highly recommend Chris and his company for future work! Great job!
