Fantastic Service! I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. I saw Chris doing a complete roof install on a neighbor's house. That neighbor bragged on what a good job they were doing. I just needed a small job - caulking and patching some areas around vents on my roof. Chris came over the same day and had one of his excellent workers to my house within a few days. Kyro is the reliable, well-organized and high-quality contractor I have been looking for. Unfortunately, before I knew Kryo existed, I chose to get my roof replaced by a low-budget contractor who ended up not installing a roof vent correctly leaving me with significant leaks. After not being able to get the previous contractor to repair their bad work I hired Kyro based on a recommendation of my co-worker. I am SO happy I went with Kyro. They operate like a real company. They are organized and NOT chaotic. They use clear contracts to lay out exactly what they will and won't be doing. They have a front office that facilities reliable appointment setting and keeping. Their warranties and payment options are spelled out and straightforward. Best of all, the work they did was perfect. A few month after they fixed my roof, hurricane Ian came through the area with very heavy rains. After a full day of Ian's rain dumping on my roof I went to the attic to inspect their work.
